Deposit:
- A Non Refundable Deposit of $200.00 is required for your reservation confirmation.
- There is a $50 cancellation fee for any services cancelled between 24-48 hours for all mobile services.
- Care begins upon the arrival of a New You at Our Recovery House.
- If your surgery is rescheduled, your security deposit will not be forfeited. Please notify us immediately to determine availability for your new surgery date.
OUR TEAM WILL PROVIDE: (Overnight)
- Overnight monitoring post-operative after-care around the clock while in our care, not responsible when not in our care
- Specialized care for post-surgical assistance for the duration of client having the drains while in our care
- Medication reminders and assistance with self-administration of medicines
- Complimentary meal included for after discharge of surgery (client only)
- Personal care assistance such as personal hygiene, bathing & showering (Bed Baths), daily dressing assistance
- Monitor nutrition and hydration (intake/output)
- Follow surgeons discharge plans
- Ambulation and mobility support, Including restroom assistance, range of motion encouragement/reminder
- Homemaking such as assistance with daily tasks, light housekeeping, healthy gourmet meals prepared and clean-up; blended fresh fruit smoothies every morning while in our care
- Laundry compression garments & elastic socks washed (only) daily; clients provide laundry detergent and coins for machine if applicable
- Recovery Supplies – We can assist with items you need from rocrecovery website or your operating physician and team.
- Training to the caregiver, communications with doctor or staff as necessary; including family and friends as per client specifies
- Unlimited telephone support – 24hrs
- Surgery Transport with escort , call for pricing
- Transportation – Airport p/u, Pre-op appointment, Pharmacy, Supplies, Surgery, Post-op appointment & Airport Drop-off – Call for special pricing.
